Community Support Forum
The PrizeChaos Community Support Forum is a community based forum where members can get help from other members, moderators and even myself concerning PrizeChaos.com. It was designed for support issues that other users could easily answer faster than a helpdesk and/or support ticket system can allow for.
Though primarily focused on supporting one another the forum also provides site related news, a testimonial section to tell others what prizes members have recieved from us and sections just for socializing with other members. In many cases a simple forum search will answer many of your concerns and is recommended before posting.
Member Support Ticket
To submit a ticket to our staff login and click on the Support Link in the sections list of the user menu. You should submit a ticket when you're having a problem that can't be solved on the forum, or when you want your question to be answered privately. In most cases support tickets will be addressed 1-2 business days after it was submitted, this is why it is recommended to seek assistance in the forum when possible.
